Note that you must have previously registered with DMV in order to access Member Services. 

Your User ID will be locked if there have been 5 consecutive logon failures due to an invalid password.  If that happens a new password will have to be assigned.  Please contact your account administrator if you have forgotten your password or if your User ID has been locked. 

The various reports made available on this site are in Adobe PDF format.  Please ensure you have Adobe Reader installed and are familiar with its use including how to save the PDF reports on your local file system.
