Note that you must have previously registered with DMV in order to access Motor Carrier Services. 

Your User ID will be locked if there have been 3 consecutive logon failures due to an invalid password. Please contact Motor carrier services information center at 803-896-3870 or Email at MCSHQ@scdmv.net  if your User ID has been locked. 

The various reports made available on this site are in Adobe PDF format.  Please ensure you have Adobe Reader installed and are familiar with its use including how to save the PDF reports on your local file system.
