Welcome to the South Carolina DMV public services web site! From here you
can access selected DMV transactions without visiting a DMV office or mailing
in a form.
To use our online services you must identify yourself by entering your
driver's license number, identification card number, or your vehicle plate
number. Certain transactions require additional identifying information to
protect your privacy.
Several transactions require payment by one of the following debit/credit
card types (Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express). Those transactions are marked with a “$”.
Your online payment will be processed by SC.GOV,
the state’s official Web portal. The payment will include fees, charged by
SC.GOV, that are used to develop, maintain, enhance, and expand the service
offerings of the state's portal.
