A formal letter of request on letterhead must be submitted to memberservices@scdmv.net. In addition, an updated Personal Information Release Agreement (PIRA) must accompany the letterhead.
You may submit your questions to revenueaccounting@scdmv.net . Please state in the subject that you have a 'Billing Inquiry.' For faster response you will need to include your account number, invoice number and a statement to describe your inquiry.
